Spine in compartments with five raised bands, gilt outlined, and title gilt. Slight nicks at head of spine at hinges. Binding rubbed at extremities. All edges speckled red. Twelvemo, 166x96mm; 359, [1]; with 'Table des Livres de cette Histoire' on verso of page 359 and a fold-out leaf with engravings of 15 roundels. With half-title and title-page. Slight crack in text block at G2 and H2 making sections minimally out of line. Contents crisp, clean and tight. This edition is not returned in the British Library online catalogue.
