Included are the "Golden Horn" and "Rhodian" ceramics from Iznik, opulent silks from Bursa, exquisitely illuminated manuscripts and a rich array of Ottoman metalwork, again an area largely unknown in the West prior to this publication. 225 pp. with over 200 illustrations, about half in color.
