Original cloth binding very faded and discoloured. Blindstamp decoration to front and back boards. Spines are decorated in gilt. The cloth is very frayed on both volumes particularly the spine cover. Volume two has some water damage to the bottom corner. Internally the books are fair. The water damage to volume 2 has ran through to some of the pages but has not affected the text. There is some foxing to both volumes mostly on the endpapers. The pages are tight in the binding no inscriptions or markings. Volume 1: A to J Volume 2: K to Z.
