Some light foxing and soiling internally. Issued with text pages facing colored illustrations of empty rooms and with leaves with perforated edges with numbered illustrations of furnishings utensils and people to be cut out and arranged in each room. In this copy the cutouts have been glued in on the Hall Library Dining Room Kitchen Mother's Bedroom and Children's Bedroom. The Nursery is still empty and the matching page is present though detached. The images of the family have not been cut out and the perforated sheet is still attached. The family consists of father mother boy girl. cat dog and two servants -- one a white governess and the other "good old coloured cook." Ownership signatuer of Frances E. Also included is a signed standard uniform popular songwriters contract 11 x 8.25 inches 2 pages October 13 1955 between Dave "Curlee" Williams and Sidney Prosen whereby Williams agrees to consign the song to publisher Hometown Music for certain considerations. The contract has a paperclip stain in the upper left corner but otherwise the items are in near fine condition.<br/><br/> American songwriter in the 1940s and 1950s who wrote the anthem "Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On" considered one of the greatest rock-n-roll songs of all time.<br/><br/> unknown books
