Sa fortune était considérable et lui permit d'acheter une charge. Magistrat, il devint président de la première chambre des Enquêtes au Parlement de Paris. Un volume (12x18,5 cm) di 54 pagine. Firmetta di possesso al titolo. Senza legatura. Représentée devant Sa Majesté à Fontainebleau le 6 Novembre 1773; et à Paris le 14 Aout 1775. La commedia cantata è rimasta famosa anche per essere stata occasione per il primo volo aereo in pallone Mongolfier di una donna, appunto una cantante lirica. “La chanteuse d'opéra Élisabeth Thible est la première femme à avoir effectué un vol en ballon à gaz. Le 4 juin 1784, elle prit place avec M. Fleurant à bord d'une montgolfière baptisée La Gustave en l'honneur du roi Gustave III de Suède, en visite à Lyon ce jour-là. Dès que le ballon quitta le sol, ils chantèrent deux duos d'un opéra, La belle Arsène, célèbre à l'époque, pour le public venu nombreux assister au décollage. Ils montèrent ensuite à une hauteur estimée de 1 500 mètres pour un vol de 45 minutes. Ils atterrirent brutalement à quatre kilomètres de leur point de départ. Madame Thible eut juste une cheville foulée.
