Dieses wichtige Werk zur Indogermanistik erschien zuerst in den 'Abhandlungen der Königlichen Preußischen Akademie der Wissenschaften zu Berlin' 1840 daher die Papinierung ab S. 172. Die erste Einzelausgabe erschien 1841 mit normaler Paginierung und dann 1842 noch mal als Seperatdruck in der Paginierung der 'Abhandlungen'.
