(He was the son of shipping magnate Ditlev Torm, and was born in China) . Torm was professor of New Testament at the University of Copenhagen from 1903 – 1940 and was the university's rector in the period 1924 - 25. He was one of the earliest critics in Denmark of Nazi development in Germany and published “Kirkekampen I Tyskland” ( 1939 ) on the subject. ” (Wikipeida, 2016) This is a scarce earlier lecture by Torm on Judaism.
