First edition. 4to. landscape format. Original publisher's tan brown cloth - profusely decorated to the front board with gilt titles and a vignette of a tank and of a railway locomotive. No inscriptions. The text supported by numerous and wonderful photographic illustrations of a number of railway locomotives tanks ammunitions factories a howitzer and an aeroplane type B.E. 2C.
