Très intéressante lettre : « Cher Monsieur, Le 18 janvier, vous m'avez demandé de vous procurer un des exemplaire de la circulaire dans laquelle M. Porel annonçait la représentation de la Petite Jasmin, en même temps que celle de Nono de M. Sacha Guitry - qui fit condamner les directeurs du Vaudeville le 14 janvier de cette année. La première mention de la Petite Jasmin figure dans le programme 1906-1907 que je n'ai pu retrouver ; elle existe également dans la circulaire 1907-1908 (celle sur laquelle s'est appuyé le Tribunal civil de la Sein, 3e chambre, 1e section), dont je joins à la présente lettre un exemplaire. Le cas de M. Sacha Guitry et le mien sont identiques. Il ne me parait pas possible que mon confrère ayant gagné son procès, je puisse perdre le mien. Veuillez agréer, cher Monsieur, l'assurance de mes sentiments tout dévoués. H. Gauthier-Villars / Willy ». En effet, Porel avait programmé la pièce La Petite Jasmin, écrite par Willy et Georges Docquois, en même temps que la reprise de Nono de Guitry (créée en 1905). Il a ensuite tout annulé, donnant lieu à des procès. La pièce de Willy ne fut créée qu'en 1912 au Théâtre impérial. Beau document. [381]
