Trent. 142 pages of text and illustrated with a photographic frontispiece of Stevenson and nine facsimile reproductions of Stevenson's original manuscripts. A near fine copy with a split to leather at spine head neatly repaired light offsetting to endpapers text block extremely bright and clean with a gift inscription addressed to Walter Parratt an English organist and composer including a hand-drawn excerpt from a piece of oboe music. This work collects into one volume all of Stevenson's poetry published during his lifetime. Although most known for his longer works of prose which include Treasure Island 1883 and The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde 1886 Stevenson published four collections of poetry in total which are all included in this book.
