"We Are Betrayed 1935" and "No Villain Need Be 1936" are brown cloth with gilt lettering/decoration. Text is unmarked edges and end papers show some tanning. Bottom edges of these two books are rubbed. "In Tragic Life" was printed in 1932 and is a navy colored cloth with white decoration. Previous owner's name on end paper pages are otherwise unmarked. Top edge has a stain on it. "Passions Spin the Plot" was printed in 1934 and is a maroon cloth with gilt decoration. Pages are clean crisp and unmarked though lightly tanned.
