Il corposo copione è privo di copertina (e dunque di indicazioni sull'autore, è un fascicolo dattiloscritto (prima copia, con titoletti e rubriche di scena in rosso e dialoghi in blu), molto "vissuto", con pesanti tracce di prolungato uso, usure ai bordi, correzuioni, cancellature, varianti a matita e a lapis ecc. Annotati a matita i nomi o nomignoli di alcuni attori. Le PARTITURE sono tutte scritte a mano su fogli con rigo prestampato. Non troviamo tracce nel web di questo varietà abbastanza "osé" ("Chi è che ha messo il sei vicino al nove? - Il dito di Giove!" ecc.) che pure ha dovuto avere ripetute rappresentazioni.

Texte encadré d'un filet gras de même couleur. Beau papier vélin. Nouvelle édition. Contrefaçon de la première édition clandestine parue en 1931. Tirage unique à 175 exemplaires sur vélin teinté. Notre exemplaire n'a pas été numéroté. Les hors-texte sont tirés sur papier blanc. Il s'agit des reproductions en photogravure des pointes sèches attribuées à André Collot pour l'édition de 1931. La notice bibliographique qui se trouvait à la fin du volume dans l'édition de 1931 n'a pas été reproduite ici (ceci expliquant la différence de pagination pour une mise en page princpale identique). Les deux éditions (1931 et 1933) on un tirage annoncé quasi identique (160 ex. pour l'édition de 1931 et 175 ex. pour celle-ci de 1933). Les deux éditions semblent aussi rares sur le marché l'une que l'autre. Comme l'indique Dutel il s'agit d'un texte inédit provenant d'un manuscrit du XVIIIe siècle ayant appartenu à Pierre Louÿs. "Il était une fois une fée qui se nommait Paillardine. Elle était bien faite, grande et ferme ; ses cheveux étaient bruns et son teint était un peu bis ; en un mot, c'était une foutée délicieuse, puisqu'elle tenait plus qu'elle ne promettait encore pour la jouissance. Elle joignait un tempérament aussi prodigieux qu'immanquable aux yeux les plus paillards et par conséquent les plus beaux. Sa peau était aussi douce qu'elle était unie. Le mouvement de son cul était si recommandable et si parfait qu'il paraissait nouveau à chaque coup qu'on lui mettait. La nature départ rarement en nos pays ces heureux talents et ces véritables dons du Ciel, car enfin (l'on n'y peut penser sans gémir) combien peu nos femmes déchargent-elles en France ! Paillardine ajoutait à tant de perfections celle d'être au moins au coup pour le coup. Quelle foutée !
