‎VICTORIA CROSS. VC.‎

‎[Catalogue of] The Victoria Cross Centenary Exhibition. 15 June - 7 July 1956. THE MARLBOROUGH HOUSE ORIGINAL‎

‎Marlborough House, 1956 4to., First Edition; original printed wrappers, wire-stitched as issued, covers very lightly dust-soiled else a very good, bright, clean copy. This catalogue should not be confused with its similarly titled but much smaller counterpart [Mulholland & Jordan H81] issued in purple wrappers to accompany the same exhibition held at Marlborough House. The present work is the only catalogue to list in full the citations of all 640 Victoria Crosses on display and is considerably scarcer than the abridged 39pp version. The catalogue is arranged chronologically from inception to 1951. Scarce, especially in this condition. Mulholland & Jordan, H80.‎

‎VICTORIA CROSS. VC.:‎

‎[Catalogue of] The Victoria Cross Centenary Exhibition. 15 June - 7 July 1956. THE MARLBOROUGH HOUSE ORIGINAL‎

‎4to., First Edition; original printed wrappers, wire - stitched as issued, covers very lightly dust - soiled else a very good, bright, clean copy.
