brossura Difficile da catalogare questa raccolta di versi, orazioni, passi dialogici. Agnus Dei di Carla Collesei Billi è un libro audace, frammentario, pluricentrico. Una sorta di opera aperta che muove da lontano per portare a galla i mondi e le parole del Vangelo. Pesca miracolosa, però, che non si limita a prendere e a comunicare simboli e figure della tradizione, ma che vuole rivisitarli, ripensarli, "svilupparli". È come se l'autrice tornasse dentro gli antichi testi, quasi che qualcosa non fosse abbastanza accaduto (o scritto) o, meglio, come se continuasse ad accadere di nuovo. Ne escono scritture che non chiedono solo di essere lette, ma anche interpretate, agite, vissute (grazie anche all'uso di musica, danza, luci). Veri copioni di un testo che ricorda i Misteri Medievali, autentiche sceneggiature per Sacre Rappresentazioni. Rappresentazioni che sono state messe in scena in più chiese veronesi (Duomo, San Fermo, San Rocco, ecc.) e che continuano ad essere messe in scena, come fossero diventate parte integrante della liturgia (del Natale o della Pasqua). Sono testi in versi e testi in prosa. A volte testi che oscillano tra rima e narrazione. Ma per Carla non c'è vera distinzione. Per lei la prima necessità sta nel mettere a fuoco ciò che davvero conta di una certa storia, situazione, destino. E allora l'arte del verso e l'arte della prosa non sono che possibilità formali messe a disposizione di un'unica volontà di dire il "mistero", come fossero frecce dello stesso arco. Nella prima parte i versi riflettono i desideri e le malinconie dell'età giovanile. Nella seconda le immagini della maturità rivelano la forte personalità dell'autrice ed esprimono l'accettazione della vita e del dolore senza mai indulgere a rimpianti. Il mare da cui l'autrice sembra trarre forza è quasi sempre sullo sfondo, prima l'Adriatico verde e selvaggio e poi il mutevole mar Ligure, che lascia talvolta vedere le Alpi lontane.

Distingue: l1) le poesie di formale influenza futurista scritte durante la Grande Guerra (1914-1918) tra cui "La guerre" uscita nel 1919 a Parigi e a Firenze con 18 pposie di cui alcune, trascritte in italiano furono inseriti in "Vita d'un uomo" del 1945. 2) 13 poesie pubblicate dal 1925 al 1927 nella rivista "Commerce", tutte meno due apparse poi in italiano in "Vita d'un uomo". Censito come estratto alla sola Biblioteca nazionale centrale di Roma.
