The book was rebound in 200 4 with black cloth and laid-down with the original red cloth boards. T he spine is stamped in gold. 8" x 11" 240 pages. A Very Good copy. Th e laid-down original red cloth covers are hand soiled and there is a s cratch mark along the "ES" of Stokes on the front cover. The new bindi ng is clean tight and unworn.
