Tirage : 1 Chine unique + 15 Chine + 750 vélin du Marais, celui-ci numéroté sur Marais. NOTE : En 1943, âgé de seize ans, Olivier Larronde monte à Paris pour rencontrer Jean Cocteau dont il ne tarde pas à faire la connaissance. Par l’intermédiaire de Cocteau, il rencontre Jean Genet qui le présente, fin 1944, à son éditeur Marc Barbezat, et c’est celui-ci qui éditera en 1946 "Les Barricades Mystérieuses" son premier recueil de poèmes, "à ses dépens", ni la mention de l'éditeur, ni celle de sa maison d'édition n'apparaissant dans le volume. Cette publication va contribuer à le faire connaître du milieu littéraire parisien et susciter l’attention d’écrivains consacrés comme Michel Leiris, ou Raymond Queneau.

Rare exemplaire imprimé sur ce sublime japon blanc nacré que Barbezat réservait à toutes ses éditions de luxe.

La balestra è però servita anche a sfamare le famiglie con la cacciagione che procurava, è servita a creare momenti di gioia con le gare in piazza, e con i premi molte volte forniva le doti alle ragazze. Importante è poi l'abilità artigiana che, iniziando dalle balestre con l'arco in solo legno, passando attraverso corno e tendine, è arrivata agli archi in acciaio, accompagnati da sofisticati meccanismi di caricamento più simili a prodotti da orologiai che da armaioli.
