Gilt lettering on spine. Cover edges and corners worn. Spine edges bumped and peeling/worn. Binding slightly loose. Map torn into two pieces and in several other places. Ex-libris on front inner cover. Previous owner's name written in pen on pre-title page. Binding visible between pages 96-97. Some page edges water-stained - NO damage to text! Pages XIV and 162-175 detached from binding with worn edges. Pages yellowing. [SUMMARY]: This rare book has sustained some wear, but is still in good reading condition.
