La polemica leniniana contro il populismo in uno scritto che è divenuto un classico della letteratura marxista. Che cosa sono gli "amici del popolo" e come lottano contro i socialdemocratici è una delle opere politiche di Lenin. Il saggio breve venne scritto nel 1894 in risposta ad un articolo critico nei confronti dei marxisti apparso sulla rivista Russkoe bogatstvo. Lenin attacca i cosiddetti "populisti", e tratta delle problematiche inerenti il materialismo dialettico e storico, l'economia politica e il socialismo scientifico. London: the Institute 1976. Three packets 4 4 and 6 pages respectively 8x12 inches very good. They include a piece titled "Uphold the communist spirit of self-sacrifice of the worker comrade Ekins Brome! Death to the British fascist state" about the arrest and mistreatment of Institute members who were visiting Brixton Prison and memorial pieces issued after the deaths of Zhou Enlai and Chairman Mao. The Singapore-born economics student Aravindan Balakrishnan or Comrade Bala became involved in leftist politics in England and led a Maoist commune in London from the 1970s until a daughter escaped the compound in 2013 and drew attention to its "sex cult" atmosphere. The organization was reported to have turned into a de facto prison in which women were brainwashed into believing that a force named Jackie would destroy them if they disobeyed Bala's commands. Balakrishnan was convicted in 2015 on charges of sexual assault child cruelty and false imprisonment. the Institute unknown
