Middletown Upper Houses A History of the North Society of Middletown Connecticut from 1650 to 1800 with Genealogical and Biographical Chapters on Early Families and a Full Genealogy of the Ranney Family. Part A & B
Bowie MD: Heritage Books 1989. Soft cover. Very Good. VG/Facsimile Reprint/1989. This is a two book set which has a little wear but doesn't appear to have been read. Clean inside and out no soiling or marking and tight bindings with no creasing. The cover on the Part A book curls slightly upward but the real flaw is a front bumped corner. The second volume doesn't have a bumped corner but the cover doesn't lay perfectly straight. Included with the book set are three original pamphlets about the Middletown Upper Houses Memorial; 1 for the dedication of a memorial and 1 for a reunion of the Society of MiddletownUpper Houses and 1 for a reunion 1905 and celebration of the society of Middletown Upper Houses in 1907. All are firmly connected 2 having a few small stains. Art Work of Augusta
Stinehour Press 1994. Limited Edition. . Hardcover. Fine/Very Good . F/VG/Limited ed; 577/1000. This edition of Art Work of Augusta was published 100 years after the first edition. Regardless of the title this book contains full page black and white photographs of architecture found in and around Augusta in 1894. There's quite a bit of local history and descriptions of public buildings and landmarks. Quite a large heavy book in excellent condition: white clean pages with no foxing or markings. Jacket is clean and covered with mylar but has a small rubbed place on cover which is not noticible. A handsome copy.

Stinehour Press hardcover
