La foto è applicata su cartoncino (mm. 525 x 345): reca al centro, sotto l'immagine, il timbro a secco del fotografo Paolo Lombardi (1827-1890) attivo a Siena dal 1849, con studio alla Costarella vicino P.zza del Campo dal 1860; fu uno dei primi in Italia, antecedente agli Alinari. La statua del religioso ed economista S. Bandini (a cui sembra che, assieme a Francesco Datini, si debba l'invenzione della cambiale) è opera dello scultore senese Tito Sarrocchi (1824-1900) allievo di L. Bartolini; nel 1882 posta in piazza Salimbeni, di fronte all'omonimo palazzo sede del Monte dei Paschi, in occasione del rimaneggiamento (1871-79) in stile neo-gotico ad opera dell' arch. purista Giuseppe Partini (1842-1895), vincitore pari merito con E. De Fabris (ma questi prevalse alla seconda votazione) per la facciata di S. Maria del Fiore a Firenze nel 1861.

Each leaf contains an illustration in the upper half with a caption about Autocrat Linen Writing Paper and the calendar for one month of 1916 with American holidays and the birthdays of famous Americans marked. Printed in black and white on grey; illustrations also include silver and peach. Each illustration includes a trademark reading "White & Wyckoff's Fine Stationery." Smith and White Manufacturing Co. was established in 1889 becoming White & Wyckoff in 1893. They produced school supplies and stationery including Autocrat Vellum. 1932 Time Book for Plasterers from United States Gypsum Company together with a Houston Texas Tradesman's Receipt Book and Second National Bank Deposits 1930s
<p>Chicago: United States Gypsum Company 1932. Letter. Very Good. Stapled Wraps. 3.75 X 6.75-inch stapled booklet with a 1932 calendar printed inside the front cover and a 1933 calendar inside the rear cover. The first half of the book provides a Scale of Wages table and ten weeks of pages to record daily work and payments for each week. Seven weeks of work are recorded in this book with the remaining three weeks of pages blank. The second half of the book contains job-related information and tables. The booklet has minimal handling wear and remains tightly bound with no loose pages. The accompanying receipt book records payments received for work by this Houston plasterer. Each entry is accompanied by a deposit slip from the Second National Bank pinned to the receipt page. Receipts are dated 1934 to 1935. The owner's name is written on the front cover. The stiff paper covers have minor wear with use and are overstuffed with deposit receipts accompanying each page. Philadelphia: Williams Brown & Earle 1938. Fine. 7.5 x 14.5 cm. metal desk calendar with individual leaves for Dec. 1938-Dec. 1939 printed in red and brown. Dec. 1938 has an illustration of a stagecoach and horses in a winter scene. The others each have the main month in the center with smaller versions of the previous and following months on either side. With the original envelope which has a small Christmas illustration on the front in red and green. Williams Brown & Earle was established in 1890 by Henry S. Williams N. Howland Brown & Morris Earle specializing in math instruments; the next year they registered a patent for eyeglasses and by 1899 were advertising optical photograhic and scientific instruments. In the early 20th century they sold a stereopticon popularly known as a magic lantern but by the 1930s they were focusing on strictly scientific instruments. Calendar is in Fine Condition: never used; clean and bright. Envelope is in Very Good- Condition: lightly soiled; small tear. Williams, Brown & Earle unknown
