Ha conseguito presso la stessa Università il diploma in vigilanza scolastica e quello di assistente sociale, dimostra particolare interesse per le dinamiche socio culturali e per la ricerca storico-antropologica. È stata chiamata a partecipare attivamente alla vita sociale (locale) attraverso conferenze e relazioni sul tema dell'emancipazione femminile e della situazione sociale della donna in chiave socio antropologica e psicopedagogica; attualmente svolge attività di insegnamento.

br. Questo libro mette a disposizione del pubblico una parte (18 fiabe) di un più ricco repertorio della narrativa tradizionale della Valle d'Itria. L'autore ripropone racconti fiabeschi che raccolse e registrò su nastro a Locorotondo nelle ormai lontane estati del 1982-83. Si tratta di una documentazione che congela un segmento della tradizione orale di oltre trent'anni fa, registrata dalla viva voce di una dozzina di narratori locorotondesi e restituita fedelmente nel dialetto originale (ma corredata da una colorita e fedele traduzione di ciascun racconto). Le registrazioni audio originali delle fiabe sono depositate presso l'archivio digitale della Puglia Digital Library, e possono essere ascoltate liberamente online.
