Al tempo stesso si ricostruiscono le strutture e i caratteri delle famiglie e delle comunità locali. Si è prestata attenzione all'attuale ricorso ai dialetti e alla diffusione delle lingue cosiddette minoritarie, come quella occitana, il walser, il greco del Salento o l'albanese dei vecchi insediamenti del Meridione. Le tradizioni popolari rifioriscono oggi in un contesto nel quale sono diventate meta di flussi turistici, che dimostrano apprezzamento per le feste e cerimonie ma anche per l'alimentazione e le sagre, il paesaggio e l'ambiente rurale. Ma questo è un fenomeno osservabile in molte parti del mondo in forme piuttosto simili, che si è ritenuto interessante in qualche misura documentare. Il quadro attuale del paese non sarebbe completo se non ci si occupasse delle molte nuove presenze di migranti che negli ultimi venti anni si sono fatte sempre più consistenti: si è cercato di dedicare loro la dovuta attenzione, con particolare riferimento ai problemi delle donne e dei giovani. Nel 1797 si tiene l'ultimo Carnevale "storico" di Venezia, pochi mesi dopo cade la Repubblica per mano di Napoleone, la successiva cessione di Venezia all'Austria decreta la fine dell'indipendenza della città durata più di mille anni. Da quel momento il Carnevale viene abolito assieme ad altre usanze; per quasi due secoli non rimane che un ricordo della Festa. brossura Samuele Briatore (@accademia.italiana.galateo), presidente dell'Accademia Italiana Galateo e Francesca Martinelli (@unacasaallavolta) l'home stager più seguita in Italia ci accompagnano alla scoperta della casa gentile: Lo spazio inteso come un luogo domestico, caldo, famigliare è rappresentativo di sè si trova a dover continuamente combattere tra l'utile e il bello, l'accoglienza e la funzionalità, il design contemporaneo e l'antico. Il galateo e le buone maniere possono offrire un diverso punto di vista, spostando l'attenzione dall'esibizione all'autenticità, comprendendo la rappresentanza come un concetto fondamentale per la conoscenza di noi stessi, quindi una rappresentanza come "narrazione di noi" e non come "autorizzazione di un potete". Samuele e Francesca si stringono la mano e ci accompagnano nel loro mondo fatto di immagini, suggestioni, consigli ma soprattutto vogliono condividere con il lettore il loro sogno.
