It examines some of the points in the Dawes Plan with extraordinary detail. Shading a light on a practically unknown activity of the "Father of Belgian Egyptology" this document is of great interest to the study of the economic history of Belgium and the history of foreign relations of the United States as well as a milestone in the extraordinary career of Capart.
