TWO COMPLETE ISSUES July and December 1941 of magazine illustrated in black and white and limited color 82/74 pages 13 3/4 x 11 inches staple binding with color pictorial wrappers as issued. The magazine is a monthly trade publication for the men's apparel buyer. July issue: overall general wear and soiling to covers 1/2 inch tear to right edge of front cover 1 1/2 inch tear and abraded spot to top edge of back cover small ink notation to front cover undulation to top of text block from dampstaining very soft crease to top right corner throughout; sold as is. December issue: overall general wear and soiling to covers undulation to top left corner of text block from dampstaining pages 13 and 55 have been clipped. A fascinating look at the styles of the period. The January issue bemoans the fact that "tried and experienced salesmen in stores everywhere have been called for military service" while the July issue refers to a shortage of merchandise. Very neat New Year's Eve cover by Texador of champagne bottle and glass and top hat against a background of night time high rise buildings and stars. Two smart advertisements for "Disney Hats." .
