Included among the signatures is the very scarce autograph of the great American cinematographer Arthur Edeson whose staggering body of work includes Casablanca The Maltese Falcon Al Quiet on the Western Front Frankenstein Mutiny on the Bounty etc. Stallion Road was one of Reagan's personal favorites among his films and cast signed books from any of his films are rare. Cloth worn some fraying at top and bottom of spine and some stains to cloth else very good in a very good supplied dust jacket. Included is a DVD of "Stallion Road". . Sun Dial Press hardcover

Also comes with an 8 x 10 inches black and white photograph of Louise posed in front of the painting. Also comes with five color transparencies of Louise posed with the painting including one with the painter. This painting on canvas is elaborately framed to an overall 30.3 inches x 37.2 inches. Painting is in very good plus condition while the frame has many spots of chipping fading and toning. Melanie Adler daughter of Anita Louise and Buddy Adler: "Commissioned by my parents in the mid-1950s. As a young child I remember this portrait hanging in the living room of our Paul Williams Holmby Hills homeâ€. Anita Louise 1917 -1970 had stunning elegant beauty and excellent acting ability which lead to a successful career in Hollywood motion pictures especially in the 1930-1940s. She was one of the elite group of actresses that producer David O. Selznick filmed a screen test for the role of Scarlett O’Hara for Gone With the Wind. She was married to acclaimed Oscar-winning writer/film producer Buddy Adler and they were known as an A-List couple in Hollywood. Her film career highlights include: A Midsummer Night's Dream The Story of Louis Pasteur Anthony Adverse Green Light Marie Antoinette Judge Priest 4 Devils and The Sisters. Louise worked with directors John Ford. F.W. Murnau George Cukor Max Reinhardt William Dieterle Mervyn Leroy Michael Curtiz John Farrow W.S. Van Dyke Joseph H. Lewis George Sherman John Sturges Sam Wood etc. Anita Louise appeared with actors Will Rogers Greta Garbo Errol Flynn Gary Cooper Frederic March James Cagney Paul Muni Bette Davis Henry Fonda Claudette Colbert Jean Arthur Olivia De Havilland Charles Boyer Basil Rathbone.
