Acquired directly from the publisher's files and most likely the publisher George Macy's very own copy. An especially interesting copy in that it or at least its title page appears to have been used as a mock-up for the Heritage Press edition with a strip of camera-ready art with that publisher's name loosely present having once been glued over the Limited Editions Club imprint on the title page with a small stain at the place of contact. <br/><br/> Limited Editions Club hardcover
