Stover as well as witnesses Ella R. Boorse and J. C. Boorse and signed and sealed by J. C. Boorse as justice of the peace; signed by George Schall for the Recorder John W. Schall when it was recorded on April 27 1876 with embossed stamp of the county. John Cassel Boorse 1831-1914 served as a justice of the peace from 1863 until his death in 1914.
