I moduli possono essere applicati anche singolarmente o scegliendoli per tematica, a seconda dei bisogni rilevati nel gruppo utenti in un determinato momento. Spazia in ambiti vari e diversificati raggruppandoli in un'unica metodologia e unendo aspetti psico-educativi con l'apprendimento di vere e proprie abilità fondamentali per l'acquisizione di ruoli sociali e lavorativi riconosciuti. Gli aspetti tecnici dell'intervento sono inoltre integrati da spunti di riflessione aperti, suggeriscono possibilità di ampliare le tematiche e approfondirle anche con momenti di "storytelling" che assumono un valore psicoterapico o, quantomeno, di autoconsapevolezza. Lo strumento permette quindi, da una parte, l'espressione di un personale stile di conduzione da parte dell'operatore, dando la possibilità di al-ternare la direttività nelle fasi di apprendimento e sperimentazione e, dall'altra, la libera espressione e condivisione da parte dei partecipanti. Il manuale, dunque, si propone come un'ottima guida per svolgere con personale direttività i gruppi di co-ping skills.
