He formulated, and was the first to do so, a general photometruc law of illumination and enounced the law of emission Lambert`s name. He was critical to Newton`s account of colors arising from the passage of light through thin plates involving the ether and peridicity, and he provided an alternative interpretation in the spirit of his own theory of natural forces ..." The result is a concentrated record of Black Panther Party print strategy at the end of 1969 when the paper served both as a news organ and as an instrument of coordination.<br /> The Black Panther.
