Volume tiré sur papier couché, d'agréable mise en page, avec de nombreuses photographies légendées, dont 19 planches en couleurs. Chaque recette est accompagnée de son illustration, l'élaboration des pièces importantes étant détaillée en photos successives. Ce livre s'adresse aux professionnels, avec un souci particulier des réceptions et mondanités.
