‎Friedrich-Wilhelm Kiel (* 17. Mai 1934 in Berlin-Charlottenburg) ist ein deutscher Politiker der FDP/DVP. Kiel studierte nach dem Abitur in Karlsruhe Physik, Mathematik und Sport in Karlsruhe. Von 1962 bis 1966 war er als Gymnasiallehrer in Ettlingen tätig. Kiel ist verheiratet und hat drei Kinder. Kiel wurde 1964 Mitglied der FDP. Von 1966 bis 1970 war er Erster Bürgermeister in Ettlingen und danach bis 1976 Bürgermeister in Pforzheim. 1976 wurde er zum Oberbürgermeister von Fellbach gewählt. Nach mehrfacher Wiederwahl übte er das Amt bis zum Jahr 2000 aus. Von 1988 bis 1990 war Kiel Vorsitzender der FDP Baden-Württemberg und von 1992 bis 2001 Abgeordneter im Landtag von Baden-Württemberg. Er vertrat dort den Wahlkreis 15 Waiblingen über ein Zweitmandat und war finanzpolitischer Sprecher der FDP/DVP-Landtagsfraktion. 1999 wurde er Schirmherr des Besinnungswegs Fellbach. ‎Sehr gutes Exemplar, quasi wie neu. - Österreich, Weihnachten 1967. Im Gänsemarsch erreichen wir den Waldrand, geführt von einem Mann mit Gewehr, hinter ihm ziehen sich in langer Reihe Spuren hin. Auch meine sind dabei, sie stören die Symmetrie. Manchmal muß man in die Fußstapfen des Vordermanns treten, um sich weniger anzustrengen. Ich erinnere mich an diese langsame, mechanische und un-sichere Bewegung, wenn die Stiefel zu tief im Schnee einsinken. -- Bei der Scheune angekommen, muß man erst aufsperren, und ich soll den Eimer mit Hafer und Sesam füllen. Den Eimer zu tragen ist meine Aufgabe; die anderen laden das Heu auf. -- Dann sind die Rüben ah der Reihe, riesige Rüben, die so gut riechen, daß ich sie am liebsten schälen würde, um das weiße harte Innere bloßzulegen. Man muß sie ringsum ausstreuen. Ich schleudere sie wie ein Hammerwerfer bei der Olympiade, und wenn ich einen Baum treffe, zerplatzen sie. -- Auf einem dieser Bäume finden wir uns zusammen, schweigend aneinandergedrängt und nur von vier'an die Aste genagelten Brettern gehalten. Weil. der. Balken,auf dem wir sitzen, knarzt, darf man sich nicht bewegen. Selbst ich als der Unerfahrenste von uns dreien habe mich mit ganz dicken Socken ausstaffiert,' die Handschuhe nicht vergessen und die richtigen Hosen angezogen. Elsie was born and raised in New York City. She attended City College of New York and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. She then worked in the laboratory of a Nobel Prize winner for several years. She moved with her husband and family to Oakwood Ohio in 1964. After her children began attending school she returned to school and earned an MBA at Wright State University in Dayton Ohio. She began her teaching career as a part time instructor at Wright State University. Her skills in teaching led to a full-time position at Wright State and she eventually achieved tenure as a Professor of Finance. She was twice voted by the students as the outstanding teacher in the business school. She was also the author of a self-published memoir "White Girl in Harlem" describing her life growing up in New York City. Elsie moved with her husband to Henderson Nevada in 2015 to be closer to her youngest grandchild and his family." - Las Vegas Review Journal.
