The author makes reference to having written something before but I don't know if that's a predecessor of this title or another book altogether. Errata slip laid-in lt. foxing on the beginning pp. spotted brown cloth hardcover w/remnants of the original paper label on the spine lt. wear at the corners & head of the spine.
