Trotz der Tatsache dass die Anzahl der Ver�ffentlichungen um ein Vielfaches zugenommen hat denke ich dass L�denbach/Hoffmann mit der jetzt erschienenen 2. Auflage ihres Kommentars diese Spitzenposition behauptet haben. Hatte ich im Vorjahr noch Zweifel ob die regelm��ige Aktualisierung im Jahresturnus gelingen m�ge so wurde ich eines Besseren belehrt. Ein Kommentar zu diesem Themenbereich h�tte ohne diese zeitnahe Aktualisierung auch keine wirkliche Daseinsberechtigung. Aufgrund der rasanten Entwicklung der IFRS �Improvement Project" Verabschiedung der ersten f�nf IFRS hat der Umfang des Werkes deutlich zugenommen von rd. 1.200 auf 1.744 Seiten. Dennoch ist es bei der vorbildlichen Aufmachung und Struktur des Werkes geblieben. Die klare Gliederung eines jeden Abschnittes/Paragraphen wird konsequent beibehalten immer abschlie�end mit den �Zusammenfassenden Praxishinweisen" die durchaus Sinn machen sie nicht am Ende sondern am Anfang der Lekt�re eines Abschnittes zu lesen. Eine weitere St�rke des Kommentars ist dass trotz detaillierter Informationen nie das Wesentliche aus den Augen verloren wird. Au�erdem ist die Auseinandersetzung mit der Thematik von einer wohltuenden kritischen Distanz bspw. bei der Kommentierung zu IAS 39�Der Zauber von IAS 39. Gemessen an der Zahl der Ver�ffentlichungen Seminare usw. ist IAS 39 der ergiebigste Standard Soweit es um Unternehmen au�erhalb des Finanzsektors insbesondere den Mittelstand geht d�rfen Zweifel angemeldet werden ob die gesteigert auf IAS 39 konzentrierten Bem�hungen das Verh�ltnis zwischen g�terwirtschaftlicher und finanzwirtschaftlicher ebene noch angemessen darstellen .Andererseits muss aber nicht unbedingt die bilanzielle Behandlung der letzten exotischen Optionsscheine beherrscht werden deren �konomische Wirkungsweise au�er einigen Finanzexperten ohnehin keiner versteht und die deshalb nicht nur das mittelst�ndische Unternehmen besser nicht kontrahieren sollte .". Auch der immer wieder hergestellte Bezug bzw. der Vergleich zum Handelsrecht ist sicherlich f�r viele Leser/Nutzer hilfreich da sie i.d.R. urspr�nglich in dieser Rechnungslegungswelt gro�geworden sind. Die vielen kleinen Beispielsf�lle erleichtern das Verst�ndnis zus�tzlich. Der gro�e Pluspunkt f�r mich aber ist dass man ein Standardwerk aus einem Guss in der Hand h�lt und die Informationen nicht auf mehrere B�nde verteilt sind. Sicher gibt es auch viele die die Recherche am PC bevorzugen; f�r die gibt es das komplette Werk zzgl. aller Standards in deutscher Sprache auch auf CD-ROM.
