brossura "Quello che gli uomini non dicono, del matrimonio", è un viaggio nelle diverse storie, condizioni, situazioni e circostanze della vita matrimoniale vista dall'uomo, estremizzate e romanzate in un contesto che, più che divertente, finisce per essere tragicomico. Si tratta di "complicazioni" di cui i mariti non parlano mai, di certo non seriamente, perché tra di loro si vergognano e al di fuori dell'ambiente non convincerebbero nessuno, visto che certe vicende, saranno pure vere, ma non sono certo verosimili. D'altronde nascono dal contatto ravvicinato con l'affascinante e fantastico universo femminile, così misterioso se visto da lontano, ma che da vicino è facilmente svelato. Perciò nessun uomo potrebbe mai sospettarne l'esistenza prima di sposarsi, ma ognuno, chi più chi meno, pronunciato il fatidico "sì" (per la precisione un attimino prima), se le vedrà esplodere attorno in un crescendo che prospererà ogni giorno fino alla definitiva stabilizzazione, dopo circa un cinquantennio. Purtroppo prima della stabilizzazione non ci si abitua mai e dopo è troppo tardi!

br. Parlare di diritto d'amore non serve a legittimarlo, l'amore non ha bisogno di legittimazione. L'amore vuol farsi diritto per realizzarsi pienamente. Le parole diritto e amore sono compatibili o appartengono a logiche conflittuali? Nell'esperienza storica, il diritto si è impadronito dell'amore. Lo ha chiuso in un perimetro, l'unico giuridicamente legittimo: il matrimonio. Un contratto di diritto pubblico, sorvegliato dallo Stato, basato sulla stabilità sociale, la procreazione, l'educazione dei figli e portatore di una morale ritenuta prevalente, quella cattolica. Obbedienza e subordinazione per le donne, logica autoritaria e patrimonialistica, un blocco compatto nel quale l'amore riusciva con fatica ad aprire qualche breccia. Oggi troviamo il futuro declinato in modo ben diverso dal passato e sembriamo prendere congedo da un diritto ostile all'amore. La Carta dei diritti fondamentali dell'Unione europea vieta ogni discriminazione e legittima, in condizioni di parità, unioni diverse da quella matrimoniale. La Corte costituzionale italiana ha cominciato a riconoscere alle persone dello stesso sesso il diritto fondamentale di vivere liberamente una condizione di coppia. Ma se rivolgiamo lo sguardo alla società italiana, cogliamo ancora troppe tracce di una politica del disgusto che continua a ritenere inaccettabili i diritti dell'amore. Una politica che si nutre di pregiudizi, sorda ai richiami dell'Europa, ostacola l'abbandono delle discriminazioni e nega alle persone diritti fondamentali, come l'accesso paritario di tutte le coppie al matrimonio.
