All stamps are present printed in beautiful full color and in mint condition. The stamps are loosely inserted NOT mounted behind small clear plastic covers. The covers are attached to the page at their bottom edge only. This means the clear covers can be lifted allowing the stamps to be removed if so desired. The final stamp is labeled "The Souvenir Sheet for Voting Best Stamps of 1993." There is also a page illustrating a collection of 20 printed postmarks. Text in Chinese except for English language title and page headings. Bound in the original red leatherette imitation leather stamped in bright gold on the spine and front cover. Complete with maroon paper-covered slipcase only a little rubbed at the corners. Oversize Hardcover. 9.25" wide by 11.5" tall 23.5 cm by 30 cm.
