A folded printed service sheet bifolium comprising three pages and a blank which was produced to mark the consecration of the 'New Church at Highbury' on October 12th 1848 with the Reverend 'M A Collisson M.A. Incumbent' presiding. The text contains a long prayer or possibly a hymn with four readings from Chronicles listed at the end. Apart from a little age-toning the condition is about very good. Christ Church Highbury was built on a site given by John Dawes and designed by the architect Thomas Allom. In its original form it was built as a preaching church with short chancel transepts and nave. The church supports a thriving congregation to this day. Roma: Bardi 2009. Ristampa anastatica del volume della Reale Accademia d'Italia del 1940.Un volume 265 cm di 83 pp 11 illustrazioni nel testo XXV tavole in nero ft. Brossura editoriale. Ottime condizioni. L'opera dipinta a tempera tra il 1480 e il 1492 lunga ventisette metri si compone di nove grandi tele altre due che dovevano completare il ciclo non furono mai eseguite. Il Vasari dice erroneamente che il dipinto fu eseguito per Ludovico III ma dal momento che il marchese era morto nel 1476 il vero commissionario fu probabilmente il suo successore il marchese Federico e i destinatari finali dopo la morte di costui nel 1484 i marchesi Gian Francesco e Isabella. I quadri destinati alla decorazione d'un cortile esterno cos� risulta da una lettera del vescovo Ludovico Gonzaga e usati nel 1501 durante uno spettacolo teatrale furono sistemati dopo la morte del Mantegna avvenuta nel 1506 nel cortile della casa del pittore e collocati tra i pilastri del porticato. Verso i primi del '600 ritornarono nel Palazzo Ducale di Mantova. Le tele gi� logorate dalle ripetute esposizioni all'aperto dopo lunghe trattative protrattesi dal 1627 al 1629 furono cedute dai Gonzaga a Carlo I d'Inghilterra. Sicuramente il lungo viaggio di trasferimento apport� gravissimi danni ai dipinti danni aggravati dalla prolungata permanenza in non adatti imballaggi. Le tele furono sistemate nel Palazzo Reale di Hampton Court Londra. Un malaugurato tentativo di restauro eseguito dal Laguerre all'inizio del '700 provoc� il seppellimento delle tempere originali sotto mani d'olio e di colla. Nonostante successivi tentativi di ripristino le pitture sono ancora in precario stato di conservazione. Bardi unknown

Si profila quindi la necessit� improrogabile di dare attuazione all'art. 13 della legge istitutiva dell'Ente nel quale � sancito che quando esso abbia esaurito i suoi compiti debba essere posto in liquidazione�.
