Healey in 1977 and completed by O'Sullivan some 4 years later. Printed two columns per page and profusely illustrated with black and white archival photographs and reproductions. There are 11 pages with underlining single names or places often the same underlined in green pen and neatly done. In most cases there are several 10 to 15 names or places underlined on 1 or 2 pages it is much less. Otherwise the book is quite clean with a sound binding and showing only very minor wear to the fore corners of the boards and the spine tips. Included also and loosely laid in is the original mimeographed order form for the book and a newspaper review clipping of the book from a local paper. . Privately published. hardcover
