"Debtor Takes All" covers the economic relationship between the Third Reich and South America. "Prelude to American Fascism" tells of several American Nazi sympathizers who joined forces to break a strike. "Conversion by Barbed Wire" covers Dachau. Ernest Hemingway writes about rebel generals in Spain. A powerful full page satirical cartoon by Corsair 'Warming Up to Uncle Sam Again' depicts the Philippines being scorched by the rising sun of Japan. The centrefold image is a black and white photograph of Gibraltar guarded by an RAF airplane. On the lighter side are humorous composites of American celebrities by John Mackey. The cover illustration by Wesley Neff is titled "Come Out Whoever You Are!" relating to an article on the high cost of debutante parties.
