Original blind-stamped brown cloth with the gilt 'View of Mt Olga from 60 miles West' on the front cover; spine lettering now lacking the gilt; cloth flecked a little marked and rubbed at the extremities with a little wear to the head of the spine and minor loss to both the cloth and the board at the foot of the leading edge of the front cover nibbled away; map a little soiled along the bound-in edge only slightly affecting a blank portion of the printed surface with one tear extending from the stub expertly repaired; about one third of the leaves have been marked by pressed flowers resulting in small stains resembling foxing with approximately ten leaves more heavily affected; endpapers and top edge marked with a small stain to the top edge impacting slightly on the edge of the first four leaves and the folding map; ownership signature; withal a presentable copy priced to sell.
