Con questo libro di ricette Enzo & Franz hanno voluto elogiare il peccato di gola riscoprendo alcune ricette che sono anche ricordi d'infanzia, quando era difficile per molte famiglie mettere qualcosa nel piatto e allora ci si arrangiava elaborando e dando sapori anche a pietanze semplici. Ne deriva un quadro gustosissimo, insospettabile, divertente, paradossale dove a poco a poco gli stessi autori si sono sentiti protagonisti scoprendo le origini di alcuni piatti che tutt'ora si trovano sulle nostre tavole. Un libro scritto in un verosimile dialetto "goriziese" che si assapora come tutti i buoni cibi che abbiamo gustato nelle nostre case o nelle trattorie. Un libro che solo Enzo & Franz potevano scrivere.
