Con l'emanazione del Decreto Legislativo n. 190 del 5 aprile 2006 e del Decreto Legislativo n. 193 del 6 novembre 2007, il legislatore italiano ha stabilito le sanzioni per i Regolamenti comunitari in materia di legislazione e sicurezza alimentare, sancendo la prevalenza della natura amministrativa delle violazioni nella tutela degli alimenti anche di origine animale, limitando il perseguimento in via penale a pochi casi specifici. La salute dei cittadini oggi trova la sua tutela efficace nel diritto amministrativo italiano, sia di emanazione statale che locale e, soprattutto, nelle norme regolamentari dettate dall'Unione Europea. L'opera è dedicata non solo agli addetti ai lavori del settore alimentare e dei controlli ufficiali, ma anche al consumatore, al fine di illustrare l'iter percorso dal legislatore nell'emanazione delle norme di legislazione veterinaria e alimentare come le ritroviamo oggi, nella loro vastità e delicatezza della materia trattata, nonché le procedure di repressione e prevenzione vigenti per garantire la tutela della salute pubblica.

Eintrittskarte für die Filmveranstaltung der Henkelwerke Düsseldorf am Sonntag, dem 19. April 1942. Vorführung: Nord-Palast, 11 Uhr, Berlin-Wittenau, Oranienburger Straße 89.
(ca. 5,3 x 7,4 cm). 1 Karte. Original-Eintrittskarte mit Deckeltitel. Gut erhalten. Die Eintrittskarte im kleinen Format galt für 2 Personen und wurde beidseitig bedruckt. Die Vorderseite enthält die Daten der damaligen Aufführung (Nord-Palast, Berlin-Wittenau etc.). Die Rückseite enthält die interessante Vorführabfolge des Programms. Aufgeführt wurde für diese Filmveranstaltung der Firma Henkel zunächst "Walfänger in der Antarktis" (im damaligen Format eines Kulturfilms). Als Hauptfilm wurde der Film "Henkel - ein deutsches Werk in seiner Arbeit" - Untertitel: Eine Werkssinfonie - (Regie: Walter Ruttmann) gezeigt. Ruttmann hatte im Nationalsozialismus zahlreiche Filme für die Industrie gemacht (Mannesmann, Panzerproduktion etc.). Der Henkel-Film gehört in diese Periode seiner dem Nationalsozialismus dienlichen Filmarbeit. Sehr seltene Kinokarte für eine Vorführung in Kriegszeiten und jenseits des normalen Kinobetriebs!

br. Fu la pubblicazione di una ricerca storica a far scoprire ai bresciani, vent'anni fa, il disastro ambientale prodotto in città dalle industrie chimiche Caffaro con un inquinamento diffuso da diossine e PCB che i bresciani si ritrovano nel sangue a livelli che non ha riscontri in altri luoghi del Paese, pure feriti da un'industrializzazione scriteriata. Da allora inizia una storia, a tratti incredibile, di rimozioni e negazionismo che in questo saggio vengono ricostruiti con accurati rimandi a una vasta documentazione, mantenendo al contempo uno stile leggero, non privo di toni ironici. Non stupisce, quindi, che la mancata bonifica sia l'esito, paradossalmente inevitabile, di questa vicenda bresciana, emblema in verità di tanti casi molto simili degli altri quaranta siti inquinati di interesse nazionale: si tratta del "debito ambientale" accumulato dal Paese, di cui spesso parla il nuovo ministro della Transizione ecologica e che attende finalmente un nuovo vigoroso impulso perché venga davvero saldato, lasciando alle spalle due decenni di sostanziale incuria.
