The scene is set with a policeman interrupting three men a footballer a man in a bowler and an unconscious gentleman who resembles Alexander Hamilton in flagrante with exposed phalluses while two devils one with a phallus look on. The title below reads "Don't Blow It." The police uniform is extremely similar to those of the Maryland US police of the mid 1800s. unknown
