Roosevelt Hunting Club Cover title
Albuquerque New Mexico 1929. Illustrated. Unpaginated. Oblong 4to. Pictorial wrappers. Very good plus. Illustrated. Unpaginated. Oblong 4to. Illustrated promotional brochure for the Roosevelt Hunting Club "the largest sport and recreational organization in the world controlling three great hunting and fishing preserves - a million acres in New Mexico Arizona and Old Mexico. The Sport paradise of the continent."<br/><br/>The club had plans prepared by El Paso architects Trost & Trost for a clubhouse in Truth or Consequences formerly Hot Springs Sierra County New Mexico but the club seems to have had no existence beyond the captions of the romantic illustrations in this pamphlet. It was a scheme promoted by J. C. Harper sometime pool hall operator of Deming New Mexico who attempted to secure the consent of Governor Dillon of New Mexico through the offer of a position on the board. Harper was linked to a failed Kansas City bank.<br/><br/>Apparently unrecorded. unknown books

SKILEBEN IN ÖSTERREICH. Jahrbuch des Österreichischen Ski-Verbandes. Hg. v.
WBIS-online/DBA.
