Collection contains 24 individual reproduced documents that depict the early years of the Academy including the charter to establish a school of architecture sculpture painting. 1794; a copy of the rules for class for the Study of the Living Model 1865; receipt for Thomas Eakins' "Walt Whitman" painting 1917; an annual exhibition admission ticket 1827; letter from Thomas Eakins to Samuel and Emily Sartain1866; and the architectural blueprint from PAFA circa 1871-76.
