Ab 1971 arbeitete er als freischaffender Künstler und Literat und schrieb Mundarttexte, Märchen, Erzählungen und journalistische Arbeiten.‎

‎Manuscrit anonyme du XIXe siècle.- Incomplet, il est divisé en plusieurs parties: 1. Introduction dans laquelle l'auteur expose les diverses hypothèses des historiens quant à l'origine de la ville en 8 chapitres:‎

‎1. Fondation de Toulon par les Camatalans. 2. Par les Phocéens. 3. Par Telo. 4. Toulon-Glanum. 5. Toulon-Taurentum. 6. Toulon-Portus-Citharista. 7. Fondation de Toulon par les Romains. 8. Conclusion. 90 pages. II. Livre Premier: Administration romaine 139-479. III. Livre Deuxième: Invasion des Barbares. IV. Livre troisième: Domination des Francs 536-879. V. Livre Quatrième: Régime féodal (869-1261. 158 pages. Les livres cinquième et sixième manquent. III. Livre septième: Monarchie des Valois 488-1596 pages 253 à 328. IV. Livre VIII: Maison de Bourbon, Henri IV et Louis XIII 1590-1643, pages 329 à 357. V. Plus de titre, 15 pp. chiffrées et 28 pp. non chiffrées. Il semble que l'auteur n'a pu finir son ouvrage. Vers 1860. Ensemble de plus de 400 pages in-4 (235 x 360 mm) non reliées, à l'écriture très lisible, mais variable passant de la calligraphie à une cursive droite ou en italique, parfois très soignée, plus brouillonne dans les dernières pages. Ratures et corrections surtout à partir du livre 7, de plus en plus nombreuses en fin d'ouvrage. Les dernières feuilles sont souvent abîmées sur les bords sans perte de texte.‎

‎L'auteur, dont je n'ai pu trouver le nom, est sans doute un historien toulonnais qui en 1835 a assisté à des fouilles opérées sur le terrain de l'esplanade du cimetière neuf de la porte d'Italie par les ouvriers de l'atelier de charité... (page 21 du Livre premier). L'auteur nous dit avoir fait un travail que nous avons publié, la même année, sur cette découverte. Ce manuscrit incomplet (feuilles perdues ou texte inachevé) date certainement d'avant 1892 car parmi les nombreuses références citées, n'apparaît à aucun moment l'Histoire de Toulon de Gustave Lambert, d'ailleurs l'auteur dans son introduction regrette que personne ne se soit attaqué à cet ouvrage. Ce manuscrit constitue peut-être la première tentative d'écrire l'Histoire de Toulon. Je laisse aux érudits historiens toulonnais le soin de déterminer le nom de l'auteur.‎

These papers dating from 1579-1716 were formerly the property of the titular James III the Old Pretender and his sons Charles Edward The Young Pretender and Henry the Cardinal Duke of York. An account is given of their acquisition by the Prince Regent for the Windsor Castle Library along with a long general description of the collection. This edition is bound in blue boards with a leather spine gilt titles and marbled edges. The leather is rubbed especially to the head and foot but the boards are clean with little wear; The binding is tight and the text is near fine with crisp pages some spotting to preliminaries.
