With an introduction by William Styron 1925-2006 an American novelist and essayist. He was particularly well-known for his memoir 'Darkness Visible' which chronicled his struggle with depression. James Carlos Blake is an American writer sometimes referred to as one of the best writers on 'mythical American outlaw life'. He has written a range of short-stories novellas and novels including 'Aliens in the Garden' 'The Outsider' 'The Pistoleer' and 'Under the Skin'. Collated complete. In the publisher's original cloth binding in the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally excellent with no noticeable faults other than a bit of fading to the top edge of boards.
