In 16, pp. 71 + (1) + (2) con foglietto di errata. Dedica autografa dell'A. alla prima carta di sguardia. Qualche lieve gora e fioritura alle cc. Br. ed. decorata con macchiolina al p. anteriore e angoli esterni riparati. Curiosa e rarissima raccolta poetica stampata con inchiostro blu cosi' come in blu su fondo beige e' stampata la bella brossura editoriale che presenta qualche alone ma e' in buone condizioni nel complesso. L'opera e' dedicata all'Accademia della Civetta di Trapani. 'Io credo degno di lode il catanese autore delle presenti poesie nelle quali fa vedere che ha studiato negli scritti immortali dell'Alighieri e di Vincenzo Monti... Singolarmente son vigorosi i due sonetti sopra Encelado e sopra la eruzione del 1832... In seguito a' sonetti in un canto bernesco composto di alquante stanze di sei versi endecasillabi... Sono inoltre du eanacreontiche e in fine alcune terze rime nelle quali si duole della morte di Vincenzo Paterno' Castello duca di Carcaci, rimembrando le singolari sue virtu'...'
