Interior bears 8 b&w engravings by 'Phiz' pseudonym of Hablot Knight Browne. Volume is slightly loose but intact with rubbed cover extremities especially at spine ends. Interior with much foxing; prev. owner's penciling at front free endpaper. Undated edition but likely published ca 1860-1880. --- Dombey and Son was first published in serial form in 1846-48. There is some foxing chiefly to the fore edges and to the periphery of the front and rear end papers and paste downs and adertisement pages at the rear of the book. Normal age toning to the pages.
