important ensemble de notes autographes
Sacha Guitry (1885-1957), écrivain, réalisateur, scénariste, metteur en scène. Manuscrit en partie autographe, [ca.juin 1935], environ 28f. in-4 [dont 11f. au moins sont autographes]. Important ensemble de notes sur les enfants, listant de nombreux petits enfants avec leur nom, leur ville et parfois leur âge et surtout des détails les concernant : « sucent leurs doigts, paresseux, désobéissants, taquins, gourmands, pleurnicheurs . ». Ces notes sont très largement d'une autre main. A cela sont joints différents textes de Guitry dont un petit discours (2p 1/2, complet), un petit discours sur l'importance du calcul (2p, incomplet de la fin), un petit discours sur les enfants qui sucent leurs doigts (2p 1/2, a priori complet) et diverses notes. Tout cela étant autographe. Sur un feuillet non autographe, on remarquera la note autographe de Guitry : « Il ne faut pas être gourmands / Il faut être gourmets ». On remarquera, parmi les pleurnicheurs, un « Michel Houelbecq » (et non Houellebecq), petit enfant de 6ans originaire du Calvados. En plus de ces 28 feuillets (parfois écrits - partiellement - au verso) se trouvent des pages coupées, des pages pliées ayant dû servir de chemises, etc. Nous ne savons quel fut l'usage de ces textes, si cela a donné lieu à une intervention ou à une publication. Ils furent bien écrits en 1935 car, grâce à certains noms d'enfant avec les âges, on peut affirmer que c'est écrit entre mars et septembre 1935. On remarquera que c'est en décembre 1935 que Guitry fit une présentation de son film sur Pasteur aux écoles de Vincennes. C'est peut-être la période où il s'intéressa le plus aux enfants ? Très bel et important ensemble. [259]

The Baron de Cantenac on the verge of suicide after losing his fortune goes on one last walk through his dying town. On the way he meets the town's oldest citizen who reveals a royal treasure that he has been jealously guarding for years. <br/><br/>Director-screenwriter-actor Guitry was a prominent French filmmaker during the post-WWI years of French cinema following in the footsteps of his father silent film actor Lucien Guitry. One paged script in four pages. Safiye H�seyin was the daughter of Ahmet Pasha who is a diplomat in England. He completed his education in Europe. Elbi contributed to the development of modern nursery in Turkey. She attended international congresses held in Germany and Switzerland during the Ottoman Imperial rule and received many medals. When the �anakkale War begins Safiye H�seyin was a volunteer nurse and given to the Resit Pasha Hospital Ship as the chief nurse. She also served as a nurse in the Balkan Wars 1912-1913. After the proclamation of the republic she worked with a superior waiver in all charities and associations. This letter sent to Elbi by Ministry of Prosperity Mobilization Director Sadi Se�meer. On the Road Original screenplay for the 2012 film
New York: IFC Films 1980. Early unused Draft script for the 2012 film. Francis Ford Coppola bought the rights for Jack Kerouac's seminal generation-defining novel in 1980 for $95000. Coppola then struggled to find a screenwriter to adapt the book as well as find a director. Eventually he settled on screenwriter Jose Rivera. Before that however he had drafts written under his direction from Michael Herr Barry Gifford Russell Banks and even one himself with son Roman. This draft is one of the first attempts of Coppola to adapt the novel which would not be made into a film until 2012 using Rivera's script under the direction of Walter Salles and produced by Coppola. The film version was first proposed in 1957 by Kerouac himself who wrote a one page appeal to actor Marlon Brando asking Brando to play the part of Dean Moriarty while Kerouac would play Sal Paradise. He never received a response from Brando. After his father is buried Sal Paradise becomes acquainted with Dean Moriarty and along with his friend Carlo Marx decides to experience America from behind the wheel of a car rather than in the dusty classrooms of Columbia University. Set in America shot on location in Canada America and Mexico. Yellow untitled wrappers. Carman providing the descriptions of the industry to the East and H. A. Heath and John Minto those to the West. This extensively-illustrated work fully documents the history of breeds in the United States the woolen industry from 1600 to 1800 the dissemination of Spanish Merino wool throughout New England and its eventual decline husbandry of the Middle and South Atlantic states Western Pennsylvania West Virginia Ohio Indiana Illinois Michigan Wisconsin Kentucky Tennessee Mississippi Alabama and Florida. Western states detailed are Montana the Dakotas Wyoming Colorado Utah Minnesota Iowa Nebraska Missouri Kansas Arkansas Texas New Mexico Arizona California Oregon and Washington. The work was prepared under the direction of D. E. Salmon Chief of the Bureau of Animal Industry. He writes in his letter of transmittal: "Taken as a whole this report can not fail to be interesting and valuable to every owner of sheep. It will give a broader view of the industry its magnitude and the methods which are most likely to bring success in conducting its various branches."
