L'analisi prende avvio dal rapporto intersoggettivo. � cos� che viene individuato il momento in cui conferendo agli attori differenziati gradi di autonomia la sovraordinazione e la subordinazione prendono corpo. Quel che viene dapprima "decifrato" � quindi il potere infrasociale quello che nasce dalle relazioni interindividuali. Il che costituisce la base per giungere al potere pubblico che � il potere esercitato dai governanti sui governati. Il suo processo generativo viene "disaggregato". Con l'aiuto di una letteratura sovente trascurata vengono isolati i "fotogrammi" indispensabili alla comprensione del fenomeno. Ne emergono ragioni abusi e mistificazioni.
